All whilst at the same time, nurturing the culture, cultivating it to scale as the business grows.

Additionally, ensuring there is daily business ops support and managing the office to ensure our Geckos have the optimum physical and virtual e working environments to ensure Gecko remains a fun, creative and high-performing culture!
